We identify what change management is, who will be involved, and ultimately what it will do for your organization. We establish a vision for change, how to rally volunteers to initiate change, and create a strategy to remove barriers to allow for change to happen.

The concept is that “you don’t have to be the owner to take ownership.” While topdown leadership works in many organizations, leadership can also be from the bottom up in any organization. The result of this leadership is “subordinates” taking initiative and responsibility at every level, removing the forceful leadership from the topdown approach.
